RE: Closing of the Funding Gap for Non-Profit 501c3 Organizations and Churches

Aloha,

Our goal is to reduce or eliminate the current budget and funding deficit for Hawaii-based non-profit groups, religious organizations, individuals and families by sharing with up to 50/50 on our educational program commissions.

Problem:    The situation is this:

Many churches and non profit organizations have been hard hit in their pocketbooks by the significant downturn in our economy.  Many churches, by example, have a significant number of members tithing 10% of their job earnings to supply the funds for the church to address the needs of its’ members and their affiliated programs. People’s earnings are down, with the result being the tithing revenues coming in are not meeting the needs of the non profit organization.

Jason W. Schwartz and Airielle P. Pearson are the primary support since 1991 for the DreamMakers Foundation (http://dreammaui.com). Our primary mission is to educate people about art, music and the culture of the islands with the intention of using Maui as an environmentally self-sustainable model community.

The crisis in the 2009 (NOW) economy has given us an opportunity and idea that we believe
is a social panacea (remedy)AND can help significantly launch our plans at the foundation!

Solution:    We believe that education is a must on the subjects of entrepreneurism and real estate. The only way to climb out of the challenge to lack of funding, or funding deficits, is with the knowledge of what to do to create a consistent source of funding by joining us and sharing 50/50 on our educational program commissions.

An opportunity presented to us over two years ago allows us to sell educational programs that enjoys a large commission. We look forward to sharing our large commissions, 50/50; we see it as a great vehicle from which we can give!

We will work with church and non profit 501c3 corporations and groups who can gather numbers of people to view and purchase these educational packages.

So what does this mean, dollar-wise?  It means that if 20 people were to decide to proceed to get the education by home study/personal coaching package, more than $ 20,000 is made by the referring non profit or church.

If 20 people were to decide to go the live college, it would mean $ 100,000 to the church or non profit.

And that's only 20 people- what if it be 40- 60-100?

Audience members & viewers, both live and through online inter-active webinars,  will join our campaign towards Financial Literacy by purchasing all of our educational products or programs.

We will donate our personal commissions from DreamRiche LLC to our 501c3 non-profit, the DreamMakers Foundation, and give 50% of that money only to the group arranging the live audiences or chosen by the online enrollee.

Our goal is primarily to fund the church and non profit funding deficits.

Our retained 50% fully activates and fuels our mission statement at DreamMakers. MAMA & PAPA, whose purpose has always been, to link up individuals and non-profit companies by creating CASH FLOW (money) AND joining us at Dream Makers Foundation towards our primary mission statement: to promote the art, music and culture of Maui, Hawaii, and through that promotion, create "sales" that CASH FLOW to be used for the necessary IMPLEMENTATION of important non profit 501c3 programs, environmental programs and products, including the planting and growing of a fully bio-diverse rainforest on barren Hawaii land!

Proven CUTTING EDGE technologies and education will be used on Maui to create jobs and model self-sustainability to create a self-sustainable model for a challenged society at a pivotal time.

We truly believe that this is a perfect marriage of vision for a brighter future.

The advance in social consciousness is a lesson to be learned by all. Our hearts are overflowing in the realization that our good fortunes can be just the right thing at the right time to both educate people to empower their own lives as well as help the groups that they support and help us!.
...
And consider this:  the educational packages are superlative! People are enrolling in this education currently nationwide WITHOUT any monies going to help churches or non profits.  At our DreamRiche website (http://dreamriche.com), you will hear testimonials that are from REAL people- people just like you and me.

And then, consider this: what if you choose not to be involved? The churches and organizations we hope to see flourish and be there as a resource to our communities will be significantly impacted, services will be cut, and the road out of this financial nightmare will be even longer. You can see why our role in this is a very important one!

Our intentions are to deliver the message in multiple ways:  individually or in small groups, in larger groups, or over the internet.  Nouveau Riche is not some little thing. It is delivered nationally, and its’ importance at this time in our nation and the world is unrivaled.

The website of Nouveau Riche (http://NewRichNation.com) shows people having made large amounts of money that they have earned by selling these educational programs.  We enjoy money, just like everyone else, but we feel that this money is more appropriately disbursed by our foundation to propel the good works of the many church and non profit groups. Our goal is to make sure that the churches and non profit groups receive this money in order for them to proceed with their own very important diverse missions.

The advance in social consciousness is a lesson to be learned by all. Our hearts are overflowing in the realization that our good fortunes can be just the right thing at the right time to both educate people to empower their own lives as well as help the groups that they support and help us!.

A win-win-win!!!

These are times when we, as leaders, need to step from the conventionality of “what was” and realize that WE shape the future.  God works through OUR Good-Works.

Don’t be surprised that you personally feel a desire to be involved. So, contact either of us; please do.

Aloha,

Jason W. Schwartz & Airielle P. Pearson
